We use your information to review trade account applications, prepare quotes, place and manage orders with our vendors, schedule showroom appointments, process claims, and respond to your questions. We may also send occasional updates about new lines, events and showroom news.

Our trade application and claim forms are hosted by Odoo, and showroom appointments are scheduled through Google Calendar. Information you submit through those forms is stored on their systems and governed by their privacy practices as well as ours. We also share what is necessary with vendors, freight carriers and payment processors in order to place and fulfil your orders.

This website does not set cookies, run analytics or use advertising trackers. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.

Kora does not sell, rent or trade personal information. We share it only with the vendors and service providers described above, or where required by law.

We retain trade account and order records for as long as needed to service your account and to meet our tax, accounting and warranty obligations.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing email. Write to us at the address below and we will respond. Every marketing email also includes an unsubscribe link.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, though no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Our website and services are intended for business and adult use. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
